1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer from Halsa and every order placed in this shop. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

3. Offers and prices

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT. Obvious mistakes, such as a clearly wrong price, are not binding. Photos are accurate, but small differences in colour or finish are possible.

4. The contract

The contract is made once you have placed and paid for your order. You get a confirmation by email.

5. Payment

You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods offered. We process your order once payment is received.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland as set out in our delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel your order free of charge.

7. Right to cancel

You have 30 days to return your order. Our returns policy explains how.

8. Warranty

You are entitled to a product that matches the contract. These terms do not limit those rights.

9. Use

Halsa products are made for comfort and are not medical devices.

10. Liability

Halsa is not liable for damage caused by use against the instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email hello@sleephalsa.com. We reply within one working day and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

12. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of the country you live in.
