Shipping policy

Where we deliver

Delivery to the United Kingdom and Ireland is free.

Delivery time

• Processing: we prepare and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days.
• Delivery: your order usually arrives within 7 to 14 working days of ordering.

Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Around the holidays, delivery can take a few days longer.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you get an email with your tracking code.

Prices

All prices include VAT.

Parcel not arrived?

If your parcel hasn't arrived after 20 working days, or the tracking stops updating, email hello@sleephalsa.com. We will look into it and, if needed, send a new parcel or refund you at no cost.
